Budget of around £360pw. Pretty much essential that it has some outside space. Flexible move in date of October/start of Nov. Reply to this post if you have anything suitable, thanks.

The double room also has a walk-in wardrobe. The flat is in a very convenient location - about 30 seconds walk from Fulham Broadway tube station. It has a lovely eat-in kitchen and separate lounge. There is also a patio area outside. I was looking to charge around £900 for one person and may charge more for a couple but this is negotiable. If your interested please get in touch. (ps. You would both need to be non-smokers!)
