RollOnFriday is looking for a new development manager to work as part of its London team.

The job will focus on both technical and business development, including website improvements, marketing and sales. But the successful candidate will also be involved in writing and researching news stories and other website content. Previous experience is not essential, but energy and enthusiasm and knowledge of the legal profession are.


 		   This could be you

The business is developing fast, and this is a great opportunity for the right person. It's based at an office in Central London but there are plenty of opportunties to get out and meet people.

Publicly admitting on your own blog that, when looking through CVs, you go back and work out the dates of people’s education so you can ascertain how old they are, means that you are, at least potentially, using someone’s age to form part of your decision making process. Does that ring any bells? When the burden of proof is so low in a tribunal, any employment lawyer would tell you to settle…

That blog was entirely independent, it was written by a user - any of our users are able blog for us. It was about law firm recruitment. We have never engaged in age discrimination and we never will. Anyone is welcome to apply for the role, regardless of age.
