American lawyer bills client for having sex with her
25 January 2013
An American lawyer has admitted that his bills to a client for services rendered included charges for the time the pair spent having sex.
Minnesota attorney Thomas P. Lowe who was married (although not to his client) confessed to having an affair with a client he was representing in a
divorce. And then billing her for banging her. A report in the Twin City
reveals that Lowe's wooing tactics
involved asking the client about her sexual relationship with her
husband, commenting on her appearance and asking if she wanted to have
sex with him. The silver tongued charmer.

Inevitably everything went horribly wrong. Lowe ended the affair, withdrew as his client's attorney and sent her a bill with time they spent shagging classed as "meetings
" or "drafting memos
". Sadly the client attempted to commit suicide shortly after the affair finished.
Lowe, who had previously been put on probation for buying cocaine from a client, was barred from practising law. He will have to wait at least 15 months before he can reapply.
